My name is Lukas. I am a companion for growth for my clients. I am passionate about connecting individuals, teams and organizations with their strengths, values and purpose for making their work lives (even more) successful, healthy and fulfilling.
My educational background as a psychologist helps me to understand people’s needs and hustles at work. My spike in Positive Psychology leads me to use an evidence-based approach to impactful topics like values-oriented leadership.
After starting my career as trainer and coach, I had the pleasure to take a deep dive into senior management leadership as a senior specialist at Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Solutions practice.
There, I supported the development of Egon Zehnder’s proprietary team assessment and development tool, Team Effectiveness Review (TER). Furthermore, I served international clients regarding their leadership, team and culture aspirations as well as management appraisals.
Next, I was drawn towards deep individual transformation. As a clinical psychologist, I led therapy with leaders in psychological crises, such as depression or burnout. At the same time, leading a small team of psychologists, I gained more own leadership experience.
Today I focus on how organizations and teams can create room for making humans thrive – and not fall ill – at work.
Besides working as a consultant, trainer and coach for organizations to achieve this, I am a trainer at the German Society for Positive Psychology (DGPP) and lecturer in different universities.
I grew up in Berlin and am deeply entangled in a rich love-hate relationship with this city. Will I stay here? Will I leave? Who knows…
