Hi, I am Marcel. My passion is discovering and activating the potential in humans and organizations. I am passionate about companies and people who dare to do something new. I inspire others to find innovative ways whilst embracing the tried and true. Mental and professional development through targeted and sustainable support characterizes my work.
In choosing the right methods, my diverse experience is my biggest strength: I have held roles in corporates, the mid-market and startups, where I have experienced all career stages with their individual requirements – as an entry level employee, team lead and eventually promotion to managing director for an international corporation. Having founded my own company I have gone through all stages from idea to venture capital fundraising, international growth and exit.
I am always curious and have an unquenchable thirst for learning, which I satisfy by attending programs at leading institutions (e.g. Harvard Business School, London Business School) as well as certifications (e.g. Coaching, Scrum Master, Exponential Organizations).
I make this wide-ranging fund of theoretical and practical experience available to my clients and accompany them in their own development of their “Best Self”.
As a sidekick, consultant and trainer I help with the challenges of working on the company in the areas of leadership, culture, vision and goals and in the company as a sparring partner for business models, processes and fundraising.
In my private life, I am a passionate kite surfer, skier and home automation hobbyist and gain a lot of energy from traveling with friends and family.
