My name is Heidy. I truly enjoy discovering who someone is behind words and stories, where the power and potential can be found in organizations, and what can be done to make both fully thrive. My style is open, warm, funny and razorsharp at the same time. Being a lifelong learner keeps me on the leading edge and creative in finding the tools that best serve the moment.
I’ve been guiding and facilitating leadership development programs, culture changes and high potentials for over 10 years. What I’ve learnt over these years is the importance of creating a space where everything can be said and shared. In the connection that arises here, the elements that are truly holding people and organizations back from taking next steps become visible and with this, real and lasting change can be achieved.
I am based in Amsterdam and work internationally. What I love about Amsterdam is the 180 different nationalities living together. Having diverse cultural backgrounds myself has taught me to see and understand differences between people, and the amazing potential when those differences are appreciated and used to strengthen each other.
