My name is Pia. I am passionate about creating spaces for resonance & deep connection. I love helping organisations and individuals to identify their individual growth edge. I believe in transformation by holding spaces for authentic encounters. It’s my personal purpose to co-create opportunities where we can lead and learn from the emerging future.
I am convinced: There is no societal transformation without individual transformation. Thus currently my mission is to explore the inner-and-outer dynamics of our global transformation and our individual role(s) in this. I truly enjoy experimenting with new ways of work and new ways to be human.
I’ve started working within the corporate world during a dual study program (business administration), which has been followed by a masters degree in organisational management. I worked for Bayer within various departments in Cologne/Leverkusen, South America and moved back to my home town Berlin in 2017. From my experiences working with leaders and teams I developed a deep humbleness for the challenges & opportunities within the corporate world. Having these experiences in mind, I enjoy exploring and supporting various organisational contexts and their individual growing pains.
As a passion project I co-founded souldiveZ which creates spaces for youth to explore topics such as self-awareness and purpose.
As visiting lecturer I share my knowledge with master students – focusing on ‘New Work’.
