My name is Stefanie. I truly believe in the transformative power of personal leadership. It requires courage, strength, and discipline to unlock one’s potential, and my mission is to ignite and inspire leaders to take up this challenge. I believe that if we all do that, we will make our team, organization and the world better.
I love to truly connect, create mental space through overview and structure, and inspire and motivate others on a personal level. One of my expertises is to help leadership teams translate leadership ambitions and strategy to their teams and beyond.
For over 14 years I have worked as a leadership facilitator, management consultant and coach. In many industries, from banking to government agencies. And from small scale-ups to big corporate organizations.
The most challenging role as sidekick I have the pleasure to fulfill, is being a mom for my daughter Linde. As a family we love to take on new adventures. From experiencing living in Denmark to travel through Europe in a campervan for 3 months. For now, adventure has taken us to Amsterdam.
