I carry over a decade of experience in the fields of culture change, leadership development, top team development, executive coaching, inclusive leadership and nature-based learning.
In my work, I co-create and facilitate transformational client journeys, to help leaders and their teams live their purpose and unlock their full potential. Clients value me for my authenticity, my ability to create trust and my capacity to get things done.
Over the years, I was accredited through the Facilitation Through
Values program, Leadership Circle Profile, MMS Coaching Education and the Potential Project meditation program.
Early 2021, my wife and I followed our hearts, picked up our children and moved to a farm in the east of the Netherlands. When I am not travelling, I enjoy simple life with my family, connecting with loved ones, chopping wood and building outdoor adventures with our children.
