I carry over a decade of leadership experience in startups, e-commerce scale up and in an international corporate telco environment, where I worked in the fields of marketing, sales, organizational development and digital transformation.
My approach is motivational and impactful, drawing on research and best practices. My ultimate goal is to help leaders, teams and organizations to achieve their most audacious goals, inspiring them to become the best versions of themselves.
I am an Austrian living in Vienna. Due to nine years in Hamburg and New York, I call them my second homes. In all of these 3 cities I have lived and followed my passion of embodiment which reflects in clients work but also in acting on stage in my freetime. I thrive in Nature and hiking mountains for my own challenges in self-leadership and teaching it to others.
In my work at ForChiefs I combine all of my business experience, embodiment, (self-)leadership and stage acting. I love to create experiences in nature with clients as it elevates the impact of every single process in individuals, teams and organizations.
