In my work, I create spaces where teams don’t suppress tensions but instead learn to understand and transform them. I work with leaders and founders who have the courage to meet themselves – beyond perfection, with clarity, depth, and an open heart.
My approach combines systemic coaching with the mindset and methods of couples therapy. For many years, I’ve practiced in a Zen monastery in southern Germany. The silence there taught me that presence and simplicity often move more than any concept ever could.
I bring therapeutic depth, business clarity, and my own leadership experience – from founding my own start-up to leading a global agency of over 3,000 people.
