As a coach, my sweet spot is working with Startup and Scale Up founders, executives, and senior leaders. I’ve experienced first-hand what it feels like to start, build, and lead a company from scratch, the many ups and downs, and the levels of consciousness required to expand your leadership in times of fast-paced growth. As a facilitator, I can support you and your team in crafting a compelling vision, a strategy your team buys into, and a company culture where everyone can contribute.
I’ve co-founded a startup that failed spectacularly before joining SoundCloud in 2009 as the seventh employee. Over 8 years with SoundCloud, I have held two positions (VP of Community and Communications Director) and as a member of the senior management theme led initiatives in the areas of culture, communication, leadership, and employee engagement.
I live in Berlin and like to travel the world. I co-founded an interview podcast series called Role Models, where my co-founder Isa Sonnenfeld and I interview inspiring and successful women.
